A single point of contact: one consultant who manages the assignment
from initial brief to final placement.
Since our clients problems are not always confined to senior positions,
we also source personnel for non-managerial positions.
What is our approach?
Our success is build upon finding suitably qualified professionals
for our clients as quickly and efficiently as possible. Dependent
upon a client's recruitment needs, we can offer a database search,
advertised selection, direct search (headhunting), or a combination
of these.
We commence the assignment by receiving a full brief of the technical
and personal qualities required, and a job description. It is not
uncommon for us to be asked to provide our input to this process.
When the advertising route has been chosen, we then prepare copy
to meet with the client's approval and place it in the most suitable
medium. Normally, we are able to present a shortlist within 3 weeks
of going to press.
The direct search
process usually takes from 8 to 12 weeks, during which time we maintain
in close contact with the client. In this way, we provide regular
progress reports, and establish benchmarking early on; thus ensuring
the search process delivers suitable candidates.
Finally, we
maintain close contact between the client and shortlisted candidates
to ensure all potential problems or queries are addressed at the
earliest opportunity. If required, we can also negotiate and convey
job offers and start dates.

Most of our clients are international companies mainly from the
US, Germany and the UK, in the areas of Information Technology,
Telecommunications, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and the Chemical
Industry.
